At Watchepk, we offer an Open Box Delivery facility for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

At the time of delivery, you are allowed to open and check the product before making the payment to the rider.

If you find any issue with the product (such as damage or wrong item), you can return it immediately to the rider without paying the COD amount.

Please note:

• Once you accept the order and make the payment, the product will be considered checked and approved by you.
• We do not accept returns or refunds after delivery.
